We are so lucky to have Americus Jaden as a part of the Blue Skies family! She consistently shows up with a strong work ethic and a commitment to doing things the right way. It’s clear that she takes pride in the care she provides and the relationships she builds with our consumers.

One of the consumers Americus worked for shared something that really stuck with us—she said Americus cared for her as if she was part of her own family, and they wouldn’t have traded her for the world. That kind of compassion and dedication is truly special.
