The Yoga Room L.L.C. The vision of The Yoga Room is to provide an atmosphere of serenity and calmness, a retreat for your mental, physical and spiritual self.

We will begin in person classes for those fully vaccinated against Covid 19 on July 10th!! Monday 5:15-6:15pm Mindful strength Yoga (Emily)
Tuesday 2:00-3:00 Gentle yoga (Emily)
Wednesday 6:00-6:20 Meditation (Matt)
Wednesday 6:30-7:45 Restorative Yoga (Matt)
Saturday 10:00-11:00 Gentle yoga (Vickey) July 10-Aug 14

Monday 4:30 Mindful Strength (level 2)
Tuesday 2:00 Tranquil Yoga (level 1)
Wednesday 6:00 Meditation and 6:30 Restorative (level 0)

We will honor Carole Dunn with her favorite practices and a spiritual send-off at our Wednesday 6pm meditation class. She has been a shining light here and in the community and will be greatly missed!
