Tomorrow the 26th! We celebrate 10 YEARS in BUSINESS and we celebrate the LIFE of my grandma Frances Whitmore. It happened 10 years ago that I started my very own business on her birthday! What a joy that brings me. I get the honor of caring on her work, helping others, and being the hope for someone else who is looking for an alternative holistic approach to their health. What a JOY it brings my spirit that I can continue to carry on a family business. My dream was never this but I remember when I was 19 years old. I got very sick with my health from a very harsh chemical I was around at my work place. Then I was introduced to her work in a whole new way and I realize there are better things out there than just what the doctor suggested. I started to have anxiety, panic attacks, and heart problems that I never had. The doctors couldn’t tell me why this was happening. Until I did what my grandma suggested then I started to notice a difference in my health. We did many different things and I’m so grateful for alternative healthcare. During that time while I was sick, I was learning so much about the body and all these other things that are out there that God gave us here on earth. They were so helpful. They restored my health. I then grew a passion to learn. I went to school to become a holistic natural health practitioner. And that’s when it all began. 
I was brought up with a lot of natural things. I was a cross country runner. We didn’t eat junk food. We did natural healthcare. We didn’t pollute our bodies with pharmaceuticals, antibiotics, processed food, or drinking tapwater. But we approached our health in a holistic way that we were taught by my dearest beloved grandma.  We were taught the importance of herbs, supplements, vitamins, and minerals. We are also taught the importance of tinctures, cleanses and homeopathics. She was my rock. She was my role model. She was my best friend. My earth angel. Now we get to celebrate 10 years in business and she almost made it to 93 years old!
What a beautiful life she had!!
