1. Through the Fresha app up to 24 hours before your appointment.
2. Send a message through Facebook
3. Call or text the school number 269-408-8643.
4. Send an email creativetherpyschool@gmail.com

Please don’t just not show up!! We understand things happen.
We have a long waiting list of clients that could have filled that appointment and our students miss out on valuable hands on time.
You receive an email reminder 48 hours before your appointment and a text reminder 24 hours before.

NO SHOW POLICY REMINDER!!!
If you do not contact us after your missed appointment any future appointments will be canceled and you will no longer be able to make appointments.
We have a long list of clients currently on a waiting list and our students lose valuable hands on clinic time when you don’t show up.
Thank you to all of our wonderful clients that we have seen the last 2 weeks, we appreciate you!!
