SANTA!!!! We had a beautiful day caroling door to door to deliver Christmas gifts which were warmly and hilariously received and then we spent some time with Good Ol Saint Nick himself! Merry Christmas Eve and Happy Holidays!

✨ Harvest & Holly Jingle Mingle 2025 ✨
What a magical evening with our residents and their families! We kicked off the night with a festive Jingle Mingle, full of laughter, holiday cheer, and warm connections.

The celebration continued with a beautiful prime rib dinner, perfectly prepared and enjoyed alongside wonderful live music that filled the room with holiday spirit.

Thank you to everyone who joined us and to our amazing team who helped make the night so special. Our community truly shines during moments like these. ❤️🎄✨

At Cedarhurst of Lawrence, we were honored to spend several meaningful days celebrating our veterans. We began with an easy breezy outdoor concert by The Good Ol’ Boys that filled the courtyard with the kind of energy and warmth that music and good company can bring. The following day, our veterans proudly represented Cedarhurst in the community parade, where the applause and kind words from onlookers reminded them just how valued and respected their service continues to be. We continued on Veterans Day with an honorary luncheon, handwritten cards from the National Charity League and a moving performance by the Bishop Seabury choir, whose heartfelt songs and conversations with our residents made the day unforgettable. We are deeply appreciative of all who served and continue to inspire us through their strength, resilience, and grace.

Our hearts were full this Halloween as we welcomed the students from Green Pastures Preschool for a morning of fun and friendship!

The kids went trick-or-treating with residents, played games, decorated cookies, danced, told stories, and made crafts together.

Intergenerational moments like these remind us how special it is when generations connect. The children bring light, curiosity, and laughter, while our residents share wisdom, patience, and love. It’s amazing how time spent together can bring so much joy to both generations!
