If you've never had a reading done, or are looking for a really unique reading, I hope you'll consider getting one - I'm Lynn and I'm an evidential psychic medium living in Calvert County.

My readings focus on personal growth, transformation, and healing. And though I don't always get communication from my clients' loved ones, it does happen, quite often. The real work, though, is getting you to the place where you're feeling joyful, fulfilled, and open to receiving the messages from loved ones and from Spirit for yourself.

We live in an overly analytical society, and we've disconnected so much from things related to Spirit and personal growth that it's affecting every aspect of our lives. I know, because I've lived in that space myself.

What I deeply care about is that you leave your reading feeling hopeful, with tools to help you work towards finding joy and personal fulfillment in your life and relationships.

WhataBoba Lusby has generously offered us a place where we can meet locally, in an uplifting environment, and talk about what you truly need in your life right now.

My readings are an hour long (sometimes longer - I can be chatty!), plus a follow up if/when you'd like to have one. I'm straightforward and since Spirit has a sense of humor, so do I.

And when the shop opens, I have to tell you, the teas are FANTASTIC.

Dates are open right now for Wednesdays between 12:00 and 2pm, and Thursdays 1:00 to 2pm through the end of June (the shop hours may change - hey, it's almost summer!).

At my last Oracle card workshop, the hummingbird showed up twice.

Same card.
Different hands.
Different stories.

One woman quietly realized she missed a part of herself she hadn’t thought about in years.

And all of it started with a single card and the willingness to actually look at it instead of searching for the “right” answer in a guidebook.

That’s what we do in these workshops.

No memorization.
No pressure.
No special abilities required.

Something happened to me last night that made me a little sad and a lot unsure of myself.

I went on a cemetery tour with Spooky Solomons this evening. I met some lovely people (thank you to everyone who came!). 🥰

But when I returned home I had this thought going through my head:

Why was I even there? I didn't feel like a contributed anything to the tour. At all.

I can't speak for anyone else. That's just how I felt.

Here's the thing. I'm a psychic medium. Of the evidential variety. But except for a couple of kind of far out/weird things that came through during the cemetery walk, I wasn't able to actually pick up on much of anything.

That in itself isn't unusual - I've always told Adam that when I'm getting nothing with my spidey senses (LOL!) I'll be honest and say, "I'm not getting anything here."

Granted, I've had a week's worth of activity in the last 3 days. I now I was really tired.

But I didn't feel like I could function in my role as a psychic medium on this tour. No, y'all, nobody said or did anything to upset me. What it was is more like, I was being pulled to certain areas (graves, to be exact), but because there were other people on the tour I felt like stepping away to make connections with spirit (and whatever was in those woods) was rude. So I'd walk back to the tour and say nothing.

So I'd wander a little, and then wander back.

To a spirit, that's like making a telephone call to me. I pick up the receiver to talk, and then I hang up on them. Now THAT is rude.

It really matters to me that when I'm along on these tours they're informative, fun, and maybe a little bit of an opportunity to understand what someone like me actually does.

I don't care if I'm the center of attention - Adam supplies the well-researched histories and ghost lore, and his work shines every time. We collaborate well. We're wanting to share people's stories but each of us works with information that come through in different channels.

It just left me a little sad is all. I tag along on a lot of Adam's tours, because they're fun. Sometimes I'm incognito - nobody know what I do. I just enjoy the tour, and if I pick up on anything I'll share it with Adam later.

But tonight, I just felt useless.

So I'm trying to sort out now what the protocol is for me on these tours - where do I fit in? Is wandering off a little bit to see what I pick up okay? Or will people just think I'm being dismissive and rude?

I don't think it's the group dynamic that's a problem at all - it's about me being potentially being perceived as being disinterested or rude when I feel pulled to wander to a location and have a discussion with whatever spirit is present. Or an elemental. Or indigenous spirits in the trees.

I'm just sorting through this. Of course I love my collaboration with Adam and want to continue. I just need parameters, protocols, whatever.
