Our October spotlight is on Rachael! Here are some things you may not know about your neighbor...

🏫 . She taught English in Melrose, MA, in Montclair, NJ, and Minnetonka High School in MN. She and her husband joined the US Peace Corps where they served two years in Tunis, Tunisia.
🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Rachael is a mother of two and a grandmother of eight.
⭐ She is the founder of Life-Legacies, an author and experienced speaker, facilitator, trainer, and a contributor to ‘the evolving definition of legacy and the practice of legacy writing’.
📚 Rachael spends most of her free time reading, fiction and non-fiction. She’s still enjoying the legacy work and is completing what she hopes is her last book, Life and Loss: Legacy Writing in the Age of Covid.

Jane Plumhoff, Parkshore’s Wellness Coordinator, was nominated by her fellow staff
members. Jane Plumhoff is a true STAR!. She has worked at Parkshore for over a decade and never just accepts the status quo. She has pushed for more expertise in the Wellness department and throughout the campus, skilling up herself and encouraging her peers to do the same. She shares her musical talent with residents frequently and always with a glad heart.
