This advanced tech session will explore the functional manifestation of the vāyus, and techniques to influence each of them respectively.

Simple, yet profound, this practice is known to evoke deeply meditative states, powerful emotional experiences, and is also quite a lot of fun. Singing and chanting are rapidly gaining notoriety as healing modalities due to their ability to stimulate the vagus nerves and activate the nervous system's relaxation response.
