Tom Frette is excited to begin his new role of Executive Director at Village Shores Senior Living, bringing with him a diverse background in leadership, healthcare administration, and education. Community involvement has always been a cornerstone of Tom’s career.

He has served on numerous committees and boards throughout his professional life and values giving back through service and leadership. Tom is married to his wife, Enid, and together they have a son, John, who is currently a high school senior. He looks forward to bringing his experience, passion, and collaborative approach to
the Village Shores community. We look forward to welcoming him to Village Shores. He will be taking the helm on Monday, February 23.
