We are Dave, Tahnee and Westin Tonia; our studio will be opening winter of 2024 in St. We have 1 AWESOME boy, love our MN Vikings 🏈, Timberwolves 🏀 and being out and about in the community! We are passionate about helping people find solutions to improve their health and wellness journey at whatever stage you're in. We utilize science backed holistic based Light Therapy that is proven to work!
