I am a Licensed Acupuncturist with a passion for treating Internal Medicine with a Holistic and Natural approach. I absolutely LOVE what I do!! :)

I am a Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner, licensed acupuncturist and herbal medicine practitioner. I obtained my Masters in Oriental Medicine Degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University, where I graduated magna cm laude. I am licensed in Acupuncture by the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice and hold a Diplomate in Acupuncture through the National Certification Commission for Acup

uncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). I interned at several locations throughout my time at Northwestern Health Sciences University including the Aliveness Project, Courage Center Stroke and Rehabilitation Center, Pillsbury House, Edith Davis Teaching Clinic, University of Minnesota Medical Center, and I worked with the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing Inpatient Care at the Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis. Prior to my studies in Acupuncture, I attended Central Lakes College where I received my Associates of Arts Degree, and St. Cloud State University where I worked towards my Nursing degree. I treat a wide range of medical conditions in my practice of acupuncture, however, my main specialty lies in the treatment of digestive disorders and mental health and wellness. Much of my practice is based on the treatment of anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, healthy digestive function, allergies, and chronic fatigue. I also have a focus on women’s health, pain management, smoking cessation and general wellness/ balancing treatments. I have taken training in QiGong under Master Chunyi Lin of Spring Forest QiGong and I utilize this skill frequently in both personal and patient care to help bring balance to the body and as a stress-relieving exercise. I also use cupping therapy, moxabustion, food therapy, and Chinese medical massage with my patients. I have also taken personalized training for facial rejuvenation and cosmetic acupuncture treatments and recently obtained Certification through Mei Zen Cosmetic Acupuncture for the treatment of cosmetic acupuncture, weight loss and fertility. I love helping my patients feel and look their very best by using a holistic and natural approach to their healthcare.

Reiki Level 1 class announcement! ⠀🕊️

My next Reiki Level 1 class dates are scheduled for Saturday, April 15th and Sunday, April 16th! ⠀
⠀
If you have been wanting to get Attuned to Reiki and learn about this ancient healing art, now is your chance! I will be teaching fewer Reiki classes this year to create space for teaching more Crystal Healing courses. So Level 1 will only be taught 2-3 times this year. ⠀

Reiki is an energy-based healing modality that can be offered both hands-on and hands-off. It is a beautiful addition to other healing practices such as Massage, Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Physical Therapy, Facials, Therapy sessions, you name it! However, you don’t need to already practice a healing art to learn Reiki and integrate it into your personal and professional life! ⠀

Personally, I find Reiki to be an essential tool for maintaining healthy energetic boundaries with patients, keeping my energy elevated, deepening the effects of all of the services I offer, and “charging up” my space with extra yummy vibes. ⠀

Congratulations to newest Reiki Masters to graduate from Sacred Vibes Academy! These 5 beautiful souls created such a special container of energy together last weekend. I cannot wait to watch them each blossom and grow even more! 🌹⠀

This class rounded out just over 3 years of teaching Reiki. I have taught 27 classes and attuned 121 students, 21 of which are now Reiki Masters. 💫⠀

It is my truest honor to guide and assist others in tapping into their innate gifts by learning to listen and more deeply connect to Spirit/Divine. I am filled with gratitude for those that have trusted in me and allowed me to share in this journey with them. What a gift! ⠀

This past weekend I had the honor of co-teaching my first Crystal Healing course with my dear friend, Ryan of and it was pure magic! I have been wanting to birth this course into existence for the past few years and I am deeply honored to have shared in this experience with Ryan and 8 of my beloved students. I also had the honor of co-facilitating another ultra-juicy group healing at with and Our theme for this group was “Crystalline Immersion” and we invited in the healing powers of a giant crystal grid, guided meditation, song, sound and hands-on Reiki healing. I witnessed such beautiful rest and community within the web we wove together. After one of the most challenging personal weeks I’ve faced in a long time, this offering reminded me that we are never alone in our healing process and the power of community is so strong and so nourishing. ⠀

As our way of giving back to our beloved community, we accepted donations to ; a local non-profit organization that offers affordable supportive housing to create home, health, and hope for over 300 people living with and affected by HIV each year. We were able to raise enough funds to house 1 human for 6 weeks! We cannot thank all those who donated enough!! Your generosity is so impactful and warms our hearts. ❤️⠀

This will be my final Reiki Level 1 Training course of 2022! Dates are Saturday, September 10th from 1-6pm and Sunday, September 11th from 11am-4pm. ⠀

Trainings are held within the beautiful cozy healing space of Sacred Vibes Healing and are intentionally kept to smaller groups to create a more individualized and intimate training experience. ⠀

• What is Reiki?⠀
Reiki is a light-touch energy-based modality that helps to establish homeostasis/balance within the physical, energetic and emotional body. ⠀
⠀
• Who can practice Reiki?⠀
Anyone who is feeling called! We all have intuitive healing gifts and we all have the ability to tap into Source energy for the benefit of healing within. Many of my students have been pulled to study Reiki as an added self-care tool as well as an accessory tool to support other forms of healing they may already be practicing. ⠀

Reiki has truly changed my life and my work. I practice Reiki daily as a way to connect to Spirit, a method to anchor my own energy and keep me protected, and to enhance healing sessions for patients. Practicing self-Reiki helps me to stay grounded, clear, and able to maintain a busy practice while avoiding burnout. ⠀
