Consumers is doing construction right around our building. There are some blocked parking areas, equipment, and sidewalk detours — especially near our front entrance.

We are still open and happy to see you! We just recommend giving yourself a couple extra minutes for parking and walking around any closed areas.

We’re so excited to welcome Dr. McElwain to our team! Originally from Canada, she came to Michigan to run track at CMU (Go Chips!) before heading to the Illinois College of Optometry to earn her degree.

During her time as an intern with us, Dr. McElwain fell in love with our amazing patients, staff, and the welcoming atmosphere — and she couldn’t wait to come back! 💛

When she’s not helping patients see their best, you can probably find her enjoying her favorite fall treat — a pumpkin spice latte while painting or scrapbooking ☕🍂
