Prism Primary Care is happy to announce that our Alma location, will offer lab services from 8 a.m.- 5 p.m. Monday-Thursday, and from 8 a.m. - 12 p.m. on Fridays. We have been working hard with Quest Diagnostics to offer a broader range of hours, and a lower cost to patients. No appointment necessary, please stop in for lab work at any time!

Prism Primary Care will be closed Thursday, July 4th and Friday July 5th, in observance of Independence Day. We will re-open for normal business hours on Monday, July 8th, 2019.

If you are in need of a Primary Care Provider, Sue Hahn, NP-C, is accepting new patients at the St. Louis location. Most Primary Care Offices cannot accommodate new patients within weeks. It can be a wait of 1-2 months before patients are seen for an initial visit with other offices. Sue has availability in her schedule to see new patients within 2-4 WEEKS!!!
