Sponsored by the Sisters of Providence of Saint Mary-of-the-Woods, our not-for-profit facility focuses on holistic care in a peaceful, spacious, home-like setting. A couple weeks ago, we walked to honor the memories of those we’ve lost and to fight for a future without Alzheimer’s. Grateful to be part of the Walk to End Alzheimer’s and this amazing community. 💜

One of our wonderful team members recently tied the knot, and she and her new husband brought the celebration to our long-term care unit with a second wedding — just so the residents could be part of their special day. It was truly priceless, and our residents absolutely loved every moment! Congratulations to the beautiful couple, Mr. and Mrs. Rudolph! 💍

What a perfect way to wrap up Fall Prevention Week! This morning, our residents teamed up with staff to create colorful parade signs spreading fall safety awareness—and they loved every moment of the extra engagement. 🖍️✨

This afternoon, we kept the celebration rolling with our Fall Safety Parade! Residents and staff showed off their decorated signs, festive outfits, and even lit-up wheelchairs and rollators as they paraded through the halls. 🚶‍♀️💡

🍂 Day 4 of Fall Prevention Week: Tag-Team Thursday! 🍁
Today we teamed up with our residents for a collaborative approach to fall prevention! While staff training is essential, empowering our residents to recognize and address potential fall hazards is key to creating the safest environment possible.
👀 Our “Safety Star Inspections” ran all day, giving residents the chance to identify fall risks in their rooms — with staff support and a fun safety badge as a reward!
🚶‍♀️ In the afternoon, we enjoyed a refreshing “Fall Stroll” around campus, soaking in the early signs of autumn. 🍁☀️
🍎 And we wrapped things up with some delicious fall treats: homemade apple cider and pumpkin cookies for all to enjoy!
Thanks to everyone who helped make today a success — teamwork makes safety sweeter! 🌟
