Businesses will have additional reporting requirements moving forward, so this may appear legit with a quick Internet search. However, the document below is a scam. The federal government (FinCEN) as well as PA (Department of State) may be sending mail with forms and requirements so not everything you receive is absolutely a scam, but please be careful.

Our office will be sending letters to clients that we assisted with their business formation by the end of March to outline the new requirements.

If you are unsure about mail you receive, please contact your attorney or accountant before returning the form/payment!
