I’m so grateful for where I started more than 22 years ago and everything I learned along the way. It gave me the experience and confidence to take the next step. I moved home and bought Lynch-Green, and the rest is history. 😊

Lynch-Green Funeral Home in St. Marys and Krise Funeral Home in Kersey and Ridgway will be holding special brunches next week as a way to honor area veterans. Each of the brunches is free for a veteran and a guest.

Lynch-Green Funeral Home will kick off the events with a Veterans Brunch on Tuesday, May 12. Krise Funeral Home in Kersey will hold a Veterans Brunch on Wednesday, May 13. Krise Funeral Home in Ridgway will wrap up the events with a Veterans Brunch on Thursday, May 14. Each of the three events will begin at 11 a.m. See the May 7 edition of The Daily Press for more details.

And yes… sometimes we get on each other’s nerves. That’s what happens when you spend long hours together serving families through some of the hardest moments of their lives.

But at the end of every day, we come back to one thing: a shared purpose.
💚To care for every family who walks through our doors with compassion, dignity, and heart.

We are more than coworkers here. We are a family ourselves. We lean on each other, laugh together, cry together, and somehow through all the chaos, it works.

And we truly believe that bond is what allows us to serve our community the way we do.🫶🏻
