Our dedicated Team consists of Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapists who work together to provide the highest quality care to our patients from pediatric to geriatric. Providing services in the acute care, transitional care, inpatient rehab, home health, and outpatient settings allow us to follow p

Grand Lake Rehab therapists continue to study and broaden their scope of practice – learning the latest, innovative techniques from around the country. Beginning with a thorough evaluation, an individualized treatment plan is established that is based solely on the patient’s needs and goals. After your first visit, our outpatient office staff will call your insurance provider to check your therapy benefits and help monitor your visit limits. Direct Access Physical and Occupational therapy is also offered at a discounted rate.
