We salute Jason Tanner, 49 years old, of St Mary's, PA, for his epic performance in the recent 200-mile Viper race in Memphis, TN. Tanner earned second place overall amid challenging weather conditions (nearby tornados, lightening and 13 inches of rain) Tanner is a veteran racer of RCTC's Baker Ultra 50-miler, with two outright wins (2023 and 2024). He is back in 2025 with the goal of winning the mens' division -- which would make him the only person, man or woman, to have won all three Baker Ultra sections (north, south, and central).
When asked what he likes best about the Baker, Tanner mentioned that he loves "point to point events as you never see the same thing more than once." Tanner also likes the mix of trail and roads. The road sections give you a chance "to relax and stride things out without having to focus on your footing."
We're excited to see how Tanner does on August 23 at the Baker Ultra 50-miler (Southern Section)!

Good Morning Fam! ✨

Starting today any new client, regardless of having a gift card or not, scheduling in the books will be charged a $50 deposit to hold your appointment. I absolutely do not want to do this because it only makes it more complicated on me but unfortunately I’ve had a bunch of new people cancelling their appointments within an hour of their appointment or not even showing up. These $50 deposits will be non-refundable if you cancel or do not show up to your appointment.

Just a reminder as well that the policy for no shows or less then 12 hour cancellations is the entire price of your massage.

PLEASE just let me know if you cannot make it as soon as possible, I am the most compassionate and understanding person in the world but I am still a business and I cannot pay my bills if I get all of these cancellations.
