Today, we’re shining the spotlight on someone who plays a vital role behind the scenes at Independent Home Health-our Recruiter & Onboarding Specialist, Tina Kossman.

From the very first phone call to the final onboarding steps, Tina is there every step of the way. She ensures each team member is not only qualified and compliant, but truly aligned with our mission of compassionate, high-quality home care.

In her own words:

"What I love most are the people. Every caregiver I speak with has a story, a reason they're here, and a heart for helping others. I want caregivers to feel comfortable, supported, and never alone in the process. Knowing that I can help make someone's journey into home care a positive one, and that it can directly impact the care they provide to others, is incredibly meaningful to me. I'm grateful every day to be part of something that truly matters."

Outside of work, Tina is a proud mom to three beautiful children-Megan, Nadia, and Calum. She lives in Kersey with her family and enjoys spending time outdoors and making memories with the people she loves most.
