Stella from OTF Shrewsbury just hit 750 classes — and this one means everything. After two kids and feeling like her strength was gone. After a third challenging pregnancy. After bed rest, injuries, and physical therapy … she kept showing up.

Shondra said it best: “Hell yeah I DID THAT!” Another Orangetheory DriTri in the books — and a PR at that. 🥳

Over the last year, she’s made her health a priority, losing 30 lbs in 15 months and becoming the strongest version of herself yet. She says Orangetheory has become her daily therapy — helping her build not just strength, but confidence, friendships, and a mindset rooted in consistency and fun.

What a bittersweet weekend at OTF St Matts as we say farewell to Coach Sydney! Sydney joined OTF St Matts as a coach in the summer of 2025 and quickly captured the hearts of the OTF community.

Sydney now embarks on her next great adventure of flight attendant training! We know she will thrive on her new journey and we are so proud of her. Sydney’s positive and caring attitude will be greatly missed!
