A refreshing 4 day trip in Glacier National Park and I am feeling grounded, inspired, and ready to tackle the last part of 2025. I have a class coming in Oct for CST (details out soon), reiki offerings, and so many more things in the think tank. Keep on the lookout for things to come.

I do events! Have a group of friends that need an excuse to get together? Have a kids birthday party and want to do some yoga? Have a sports team that could benefit from body work? I do that!

Join me on February 23rd at 10:45am at Willow Soul Yoga for a CST workshop! We will start with a meditation to ground yourself in your body, learn how to balance your energy, and learn how to unwind your cranials.

This workshop is great for everyone, including those who have kids in sports, little kids learning to walk, those who have gotten dental work done, and those who just want to learn more about CST.

My oldest son broke his arm last week, falling off his bike. Once we got home, I started working on his fingers to help with blood flow. The next day, I added in some work on his elbow and shoulder. Each day, we do 5-10 minutes of work to help release any tension and muscle memory from the accident. His finger and arm mobility are already better than the first night.

Even with the broken arm, it's important to do the little things to help the healing process.

I have been asked a lot lately about my Healy. I cannot say enough good things about it. I use it on my clients, my kids, or myself every day and find it helps with so many things. Sickness, anxiety, sleeping, and more... it's an amazing little gadget.
