Sassy Bean, I’m a graphic designer, yoga instructor and former business owner. Sassy Bean Boutique takes more of a colorful, upcycled approach to everyday life.

In addition to rejuvenated and natural wood finished furniture, Sassy Bean offers antiques/collectibles, primitive finds, artisan jewelry, and things that might be called “man gifts” like old tool and tackle boxes. Signs that offer personalization and custom orders are scattered throughout the two floors. For the passionate Minnesotan resident, a variety of Minnesota wall art is included in almost every room. A room upstairs is devoted mostly to children’s room decor, a heaven for an enthusiastic grandmother or one-of-a-kind gifts for baby or birthdays. Sassy Bean is located in Zimmerman at 12743 Fremont Ave., approximately 1/2 mile west of the stoplights on Hwy. 169. We are open EVERY weekend, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 10-6 and Sunday 12-4.

Sunday at 7:00 pm, Willow Soul Yoga for restorative.
Wednesday at 6:00 pm for slow flow, 7:15 pm for yin at Willow Soul.
Thursday at 5:45 pm for moderate flow in the hot room at Azitala followed by restorative at 7:15 (not hot).

Sunday is a perfect time for self-care. Please join me for restorative yoga at Willow Soul Yoga, every Sunday at 7:00 pm. Enjoy 75 minutes of deep stretching with the ultimate goal of relaxation.
Every Wednesday for a Slow Flow or/and a wonderful Yin class.
Most Thursdays for restorative.
Restorative yoga is great for all - including beginners.

Our Story

Sassy Bean takes more of a colorful approach to everyday life.

I started this journey as a graphic designer that loved “junk” - ya know the rusty barn finds that tell a story. That love of “junk” took from me designing to owning an award-winning storefront of upcycled home decor for almost five years, after losing my lease, I realized it was a blessing in disguise, that my graphic designer roots have been planting themselves very deeply within me again, I was craving more design work.

Coming full circle, I’m able to combine the two and will be offering not only design work (such as business cards, brochures, flyers, signage, advertising - both print and digital, etc...) but also classes creating wood signs and custom sayings.
