Inner Purpose Health and Wellness I am Rebecca Taus, Certified Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Certified, Barre Instructor, and overall health and wellness aficionado.

Over the past years I have supported my learning through continuing my education and have had the opportunity to practice my techniques on a variety of different recipients ranging from infants to elderly. I take great pride in helping others and enjoy learning new things each day. Outside of my passion for helping others, I enjoy spending time in nature with my family and friends, practicing yoga, running, teaching Barre, empowering others and creating clean healthy meals! The mind body connection is something that I strive to help you achieve through your health and healing journey. It is my mission to create a positive and uplifting atmosphere, while working in a state of mindfulness, concentrated and present in each breath and movement. I believe that this quality of energy helps create space and freedom for the harmony, grace and flow of universal energy that is essential for healing to occur. Let me help you re-discover your sense of well-being with personalized therapy that nurtures both the body and mind by creating an experience that will allow you to achieve calm, relaxation and peace inside and out.
