Most people think they’re just “stressed.”

But what if your nervous system is actually overstimulated?

It doesn’t always look like chaos…
Sometimes it looks like functioning… while feeling completely overwhelmed inside.

Here are a few signs your nervous system may be overstimulated:

• You feel irritated by small things
• You have trouble focusing or staying present
• Your body feels tense even when you try to relax
• You feel emotionally reactive or easily triggered
• You’re exhausted, but your mind won’t slow down

This isn’t a lack of discipline.
