2025 Year in Review: An Honest Reflection

This year has been unlike any other. Looking back, I feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude and pride. 2025 has been a year of growth, challenge, and transformation—both personally and professionally.

This year, I became a mom of two. Becoming a single mom by choice has been one of the most empowering and challenging experiences of my life. Its shaped my perspective, and how I show up both personally and professionally. When I say this is a family run business, I truly mean it. It’s a true honor and privilege to show my girls what hard work, passion and dedication can accomplish.

Professionally, this was a milestone year for Bodywork Energetics. We’ve scaled exponentially, and I’ve poured my heart into creating a brand that reflects my vision for wellness and self-care. Even while balancing hands-on massage work and family life, I’ve continued to show up consistently for my business, and it showed me just how much dedication, care, and intention it takes to build something meaningful.

This year also reminded me of the importance of presence and balance. Life moves fast, and it’s easy to get caught up in endless tasks, notifications, or obligations. 2025 was a year of noticing where I needed to slow down, step back, and focus on what truly matters—being present, enjoying small moments with my kids, and approaching each day with more ease. So that’s what I’ll be working on this year! Staying present, and finding the balance.
