A little behind the scenes ✨When you see my products on the shelves or online, what you don’t see is the back-end work that keeps it all running smoothly. One part of the business that I’ve learned (and am still learning) is keeping detailed supplier logs and batch logs for every single product we make.So what does look like exactly? 💻 Every time I order ingredients, I enter them into my supplier spreadsheet to track what’s coming in.📊 Every time I make a batch of product, I log it so we know exactly what went out.It might not be glamorous, but this side of the business is just as important— honestly probably the most important. It keeps me organized, helps everything stay consistent, and makes it all traceable and compliant. I feel really grateful that I get to do this — not just the creative, hands-on parts, but also the behind-the-scenes work that makes Bodywork Energetics possible. It’s all part of building something I love, and I’m happy to bring you along for the journey. 💛

✨ this is what small business growth really looks like…..

This feels like such a huge milestone for me as a small business owner — I just brought on my very first two supports. ✨ I’ve been working by two businesses while raising two kids for a while now. Real Talk: it feels like a big milestone (and form of self-care) to be able to hire some help.

My product business is growing, and boy am I thankful. It’s born out of a passion to help others have at-home support. And now, I have support in the form of some business help.

One support is a virtual assistant who’s helping with sales and outreach, and the other is a friend who comes over weekly to help me with labels and packaging. 💌

For over a year now, I’ve been running two businesses… through pregnancy 🤰 and with two kids (which includes the newborn months)👶. It’s been a constant cycle of marketing, outreach, production, packaging 📦, and seeing clients 💆‍♀️, while doing all the things to keep it all moving forward. And for the first time in a while, I have some time back, for me and my family. Delegating the work has given me 8 hours back each week⏳

The work hasn’t disappeared — I can now focus on the backend up of the business, the growth, the ideas the vision. I feel like I can now breathe more life into it. 🌬️

This morning, after dropping my kid off at school and getting my treatment room ready, instead of rushing straight into packaging and production, I got to make a coffee ☕. I fit in a 10-minute workout 🏋️‍♀️ (and at five months postpartum, this might have been my first work out ). I actually got to start my day with a little more intention ✨ before heading into four bodywork sessions and backend business work in between.

It might sound small, but it feels like everything. 💛 For months, I’ve been in go-go-go mode, doing it all on my own, and now I can finally take the tiniest breath. A little glimpse of what it feels like for my business not to be a one-person show forever. 🌸 And it feels Amazing!!

This is what growth looks like in real life — messy, slow, and so worth celebrating. 🎉

To anyone else building something while juggling motherhood 🤱, postpartum, or just the full weight of life: it does get lighter. Even the smallest bit of help can open up space to care for yourself again, and that makes such a difference. 🌿💛 Can’t wait to see where this business grows.

How do you use your Relief magnesium cream in a massage session? 👇

💆‍♀️ The short answer — it’s the easiest add-on you’ll ever offer, and your clients

Here’s why I use it in every session:

How I use it in practice 💆‍♀️ :
