Body Dialoguing :: New techniques available to clients on the massage table!

What is Body Dialoguing? :: It helps us better understand the link between our physical and emotional reactions. We work to bring attention to the area of pain or discomfort so that clients can better listen to and understand their bodies.

Body Dialoguing sessions are gentle, hands-on, empowering techniques that allow clients to gain new perspectives and activate their parasympathetic nervous system state so that they can heal themselves.

It's the 2nd Wednesday of the month which means that our free community Meditation Exploration is happening tonight at 7pm!

It is a busy time of year, so all the more reason to intentionally slow down and catch your breath! Tonight we will start with a breathing meditation, followed by listening to a 20-min pre-recorded talk by Tara Brach. We'll wrap our session with a guided meditation on the Yule time/Winter Solstice.

All are welcome to come to Meditation Exploration at 7pm on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of the month. All Saints Lutheran Church in Cottage Grove graciously allows us to use their space for this free community event.

Heads up, loyal clients! My family is fostering this lil' puppy, Pip, for a number of weeks. She is making herself comfortable for the time being, however she is still working on her quiet voice while in her kennel... I apologize for neglecting to think this one through!🤦‍♀️ The resident dogs are trying to do their part by puppy-sitting her to keep her company.

🧡 On a positive note, free puppy therapy before or after your massage!?!
