Mark your calendars for Monday, December 9th, when we plan to officially expand into the Minneapolis market 🥳

We have often thought of opening a second location, but it wasn’t until announced the closure of its Minnesota studios that an opportunity presented itself.

Alchemy paved the way for many locally-owned studios like ONX + Amelia to break the mold, and create and cultivate meaningful and real community through movement and personal connection. While we are excited to expand to Minneapolis, this time also feels bittersweet, as this expansion was born out of the closure of an amazing local business, one that we highly respect and have learned from ourselves.

We are looking forward to sharing the magic with Minneapolis. Our schedule will offer the classes you have all come to know and love, with many familiar names and faces sharing their talents with the Northeast community. We are also excited to welcome beloved members of Alchemy’s coaching team to both our St. Paul and Northeast schedules.

After a brief social media hiatus, we are back and ready for a full week ahead.

Earlier this month, we added Saturday evening yoga classes with the talented duo and to accommodate our weekend demand.

And now, two more strength classes are hitting the weekly schedule, taught by long time and beloved coaches. Check out Tuesday 3pm Burnout with Jordan Hove and Thursday 3pm Yoga CircHIIT with , starting next week! 🙌🏽

Yoga CircHIIT: a class unique to O+A and ONX, and voted the top class in the Twin Cities by students.

A heated, beat-based yoga warm-up is followed by a 2-3 block strength + cardio workout. Music driven core + stretching round out the hour. We often theme this class to playlists, specific target exercises or movement intervals. Check out our pop-up class schedule to learn more 🔥
