As Respiratory Therapists, We Have the Power to Shape the Future of Our Profession!
This year let’s commit to inspiring and recruiting more RTs to join our ranks. Every day, we see firsthand the incredible impact respiratory therapists have on patient care—and we know that with more of us, we can make a big impact.
We need your help to elevate our profession by reaching out, mentoring, and sharing the opportunities that await future RTs. Together, we can create pathways to recruit and inspire the next generation of respiratory therapists. 💪
How can we make this happen?
- Promote our profession by sharing stories of what it means to be an RT
- Support HOSA and get involved with schools to spark student interest
- Mentor students and guide them through the credential process
- Advocate for RT recognition at every level, so future professionals see the importance of our work
