Ashley recently joined our team in the Winter of 2026. Originally from Jacksonville, Florida, Ashley’s path to the team was inspired by her own journey as a chiropractic patient; having experienced the life-changing benefits of care firsthand. She lives in St. Paul with her husband Kevin and their two cats.
When she isn’t at the office, Ashley stays busy managing a real estate business alongside her husband. She is enjoying trading the beach for the local trails and spends her free time hiking and staying active outdoors. A lover of holistic health, she carries that wellness-minded approach into her home life as a gardener, cook, and baker. Ashley is honored to be a part of your wellness team and looks forward to cheering you on as you reach your health goals.

Thank you all 🥰 for being flexible with your schedules last week, so that 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 Dr Spree and family could go to celebrate her husband’s graduation👨‍🎓from another military training 🪖! It’s been a great trip, and we are always so thankful to those who serve our country🇺🇸 and for our community in St. Paul 🏡.
