🌟 Wear your tried and true sneakers! Do not attempt to break in new shoes.
🌟 Have a plan and budget for your favorite foods. Pre- eat so you are not making choices on an empty stomach.
🌟 opt for sun shirts and hats for sunscreen instead of sunscreen.
🌟 If you get sore from all the walking, consider changing up your movements, taking stretch breaks, and schedule an additional adjustment!
