Hello and welcome to my page. A few years ago, I decided to work for myself doing something that was more in-line with how I live my life, as healthy as possible, so I decided to become a health coach. This doesn't mean that I am 100%, nor do I strive to be, it just makes sense to do what I enjoy and help others along the way. StillnessNMotion is a health coaching program that promotes and fosters disease prevention and health maintenance with a focus on stress reduction and movement. I use bio-individual techniques as well as group support to help people develop sustaining healthy lifestyle habits. Staying active and making healthy food choices are key to that end so I incorporate meditation, yoga, dance fitness and assistance with food prep to help with the journey. The best part is perfection is not required.
