🩺 Medical Staff Monday ⚕
Dr. Rensch is a graduate of Creighton Prep High School. He received his undergraduate degree from Creighton University, where he majored in both Biology and Spanish. He went on to get his Masters in Clinical Anatomy from Creighton as well. Dr. Rensch attended UNMC from 2011 until 2015, where he earned his Doctor of Medicine degree before completing his family medicine residency at the Lincoln Medical Education Foundation in 2018. He also completed coursework to complete a fellowship in Wilderness Medicine in 2018.
Dr. Rensch is Board Certified in Family Medicine and is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advance Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Advance Life Support Obstetrics (ALSO), Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP), AWLS, and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS). Dr. Rensch runs HCMC's Wound Care Clinic once a week in the Specialty Clinic.
Dr. Rensch joined the Medical Staff in August of 2018 and lives in St. Paul with his wife, Kerri, their two children, Graham and Keira.
