When I'm feeling unsettled or ungrounded, I walk. The past few days have required multiple walks. Releasing, healing, and aligning can be a bit unsettling. During that in between time while all of the work settles into place.
I find I'm more aware of my surroundings, senses, little synchronicities... There's calm yet uncertainty. Becoming comfortable with possibilities and new.
Walking reminds me there's still a lot of beauty and good in this world. Take the time to stop, put the phone down (take a picture first if you want one or go crazy - go for a walk without it😉), and be fully present if only for a few minutes a day. Feel the connection to all that's around you. The pauses are oh so important.✨
