🚗👶 Car Seat Safety is a Must for Every Parent! 👶🚗

Did you know nearly 60% of car seats are used incorrectly? Even the right seat won’t protect your child if it’s not installed properly.

Here are the basics every parent should know:
🔹 Rear-facing until at least age 2 (and longer if possible)
🔹 Forward-facing with a harness until your child outgrows it
🔹 Booster seat until a seat belt fits correctly (usually 4’9” tall, ages 8–12)
🔹 Always check that the harness is snug and chest clip is at armpit level

🏈 Football Parents – Be First Aid Ready! 🩹

The season is here, and while we cheer for every touchdown, we also know that bumps, bruises, and unexpected injuries can happen. Being prepared with a well-stocked first aid kit ensures you can handle anything from small scrapes to more urgent needs until professional help arrives.

✨ Here’s a quick checklist to keep in your football-season first aid kit:
• Adhesive bandages (various sizes)
• Sterile gauze pads & adhesive tape
• Antiseptic wipes & hand sanitizer
• Cold packs (instant)
• Elastic bandage wrap (ACE wrap)
• Tweezers & small scissors
• Disposable gloves
• CPR face shield or mask
• Antibiotic ointment
• Cotton balls & swabs
• Pain relievers (ibuprofen/acetaminophen – age appropriate)
• Small flashlight
• Emergency contact numbers

👩‍👩‍👦‍👦 Parents, your preparedness can make a huge difference on and off the field. Keep your kit handy in your bag, car, or on the sidelines—because safety is just as important as the game!
