Yogis, it's been a helluva ride over here. You may have noticed the business has been closed and I've been pretty quiet as getting settled in Minnesota... hasn't gone to plan whatsoever. I'm popping in to share a rare repost from my personal life.

It might be quiet over here a bit longer, but I hope to be back soon.

Congratulations to the Classes of 2024! Whether it's pre-K or college and post-grad, we celebrate and honor your accomplishments.

As you set goals and make plans, remember this: Be adaptable. The only constant in this world is change. Sometimes a goal that we've been working toward can shift as we realize our priorities have changed, AND THAT'S OK. That's growth. That's living your truth.

I think about my precious Gramma, who I was blessed to have until she was into her 90s. Born during the Great Depression, she was part of that generation that saw more dramatic change in one lifetime than most other generations. The one thing I'd hear her say most frequently, second only to, "I love you," was, "I'm adaptable," with her signature shrug. 🥰🤩

This goes for everyone, not just our graduates:

Set goals. Make plans. And then change them all you want or need. If your life no longer fits, change something, anything, until it does.
