Today artists from the Interfaith Artist Circle worked together with staff to display an Interfaith Prayer Wall in the MIA (Marvella Inspirational Atrium.)
The Interfaith Prayer Wall is a collaborative 6-by-9-foot art installation created by the Twin Cities-based Interfaith Artist Circle to foster unity, peace, and connection across diverse faiths. Conceived by Aimee Orkin, the mural features individual pieces from 18+ artists, including Jewish, Christian, and Muslim, representing "visual prayer" through various media like textile, painting, and beadwork.
