After 5 long years, we have closed on the financing for The Juniper, a JB Vang Affordable Housing Development in Maplewood, MN. There will be a total of 65 units of which 27 units are Family Friendly (3 & 4 bedrooms) with rents ranging from 30% AMI to 60% AMI.

We are grateful for our Partnership with; MHFA, Grow America, Ramsey County, Met Council and the City of Maplewood for making this project possible. We want to thank our project team members; UrbanWorks, Landon Group, Hust Law and Flannery Construction for all your work on this.

So proud of our JB Vang Team of Justin Fincher, Ashley Bisner and Cerena Vang for sticking with this vision and bringing it to closing...

Can't wait to welcome families in July 2025...
