The Minnesota OCD Conference is returning in 2026.

đź“Ť October 10, 2026
đź“Ť St. Paul College | Saint Paul, MN

This conference brings together clinicians, trainees, individuals with OCD, family members, and community partners from across Minnesota and the Midwest to expand understanding of OCD and increase access to effective, evidence-based care.

We’re especially excited to continue building a space centered on:
• Education
• Community
• Hope

Congratulations to Alysa Liu and the USA women’s figure skating team, the Blade Angels 🪽✨

Alysa retired at 16 to protect her peace.
To live a normal life.
To be a person, not just an athlete.

Two years later, she came back on her own terms.
Last week, she won Olympic gold.

After her skate, she looked at the camera and said:
“That’s what I’m f*cking talking about.”

That’s what it looks like to stop performing for everyone else and start living for yourself.

OCD will tell you that’s dangerous.
That you can’t trust yourself.
That you’re not enough.
It’s wrong.

OCD isn’t protecting you.
It’s shrinking your life.
