During Mental Health Month, we move beyond awareness toward understanding.

About 1 in 3 people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) also experience a mental health condition, yet their needs are often overlooked or misunderstood.

Mental health support must be inclusive, accessible, and grounded in understand for every person.

This month, let's create space for conversation and compassion.

Our marketing intern and self-advocate Jon wrote a new blog and created this artwork for Autism Awareness Month, drawing from their lived experience and research.
