Knee Deep in Winter? Let’s Talk Knee Pain

Cold weather can bring more stiffness, discomfort, and achy joints—especially in the knees. If you’re dealing with arthritis, an old injury, or general knee pain, acupuncture is a natural way to support joint health and mobility.

Acupuncture improves circulation, reduces inflammation, and helps restore movement so you
can get back to your day without discomfort. Yes to more walks! Yes to your new health routines! Yes to more mobility without even thinking about your knees. Our patients report less stiffness and better range of motion after a course of acupuncture treatments.

Common knee pain conditions we treat include:
● Osteoarthritis or “wear-and-tear” knee pain
● Runner’s knee (patellofemoral pain syndrome)
● Post-surgical knee pain and stiffness
● Ligament strains or sprains (ACL, MCL injuries)
● Tendonitis or inflammation around the knee joint

We also have massage appointments available this week!

Let’s get your knees feeling good again! You can book online at www.mpacupuncture.com.

Depression Support: We can help you feel like yourself again.

Depression can feel isolating, especially this time of year, but acupuncture offers a natural, supportive way to lift your mood and improve energy. By calming the nervous system and balancing hormones, acupuncture helps reduce feelings of sadness and fatigue while improving overall well-being.

Many patients notice they feel lighter, more balanced, and better able to handle daily life after consistent treatments.

Acupuncture may help with:
● Persistent sadness or low mood
● Loss of interest in daily activities
● Fatigue or lack of motivation
● Stress-related depression
● Hormonal or seasonal mood changes

We provide all natural, nonjudgmental support for your mental health. We fill in the gaps where your other tools aren’t working.

We are so fortunate to have a new massage therapist. Meet Valerie! You can book online at www.mpacupuncture.com.

Valerie (she/her and they/them pronouns) aims to provide a compassionate and collaborative space for clients to connect with their body through restorative touch.
