Twin Cities Headache Neck & Back is a Primary Spine Care chiropractic clinic, with an emphasis on spinal injury and rehabilitation. Primary Spine Care is focused on being the first line referral option for the diagnosis and management of a broad range of spine related conditions, with the exception of clear emergencies such as fracture, cancer and infection. We diagnose and manage spinal pain, injury and other spinal conditions. We provide non-surgical, evidence-based care to minimize pain while accelerating recovery from injuries or chronic conditions.

Our Story

Dr. Matthew Collins is a chiropractor at Twin Cities Headache Neck & Back in Saint Paul, MN. Twin Cities Headache Neck & Back is positioned to function as a “primary spine care” clinic working with all forms of musculoskeletal spine pain and injury, excluding serious pathology such as cancer, fracture and infections. New patients receive a comprehensive history and thorough evaluation of their area of complaint. If clinically necessary, imaging such as x-ray and or MRI will be ordered to reach an accurate diagnosis, prognosis and treatment plan. Some spine conditions require a team approach and at Twin Cities Headache Neck & Back we will co-manage with appropriate medical specialists in the fields of neurology, pain management, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery and other related fields.
