This program supports a continuum of care for clients who are ready for a less restrictive alternative, such as transitioning out of day treatment programs.

Treatment varies but may consist of individual and group therapy; small groups for reduced sensory stimulation; skills focus (Life, Social, and Health); sensory and brain-based interventions; healthy s*xuality teaching; and projective tools.

Taking care of your mental health is as crucial as your physical and emotional health.

Sometimes we can neglect or forget to take care of this aspect of our health, or we may not know how to get started. Starting today, Project Pathfinder will provide tips on ways to improve or take care of your mental health.

Take this as your reminder to start or continue doing these simple tasks!

Today’s first tip to boost your mental health is:

Track gratitude and achievement with a journal. Include 3 things you were grateful for and 3 things you were able to accomplish each day.
