Compensation:

Schedule:
Flexible hours Monday-Sunday = 20 Hours Per Week
Patient visits can be in-person and/or remotely

Role and Duties:
The QP performs the duties of training, supervision, and evaluation of the personal care assistance staff and evaluation of the effectiveness of personal care assistance services.

-Develop care plan
-Train, orient and evaluate new PCAs
-Train PCAs on new procedures, equipment, and based on changes to the care plan
-Oversee the delivery of PCA services
-Ensure health and safety needs are met
-Document changes in condition and request reassessments
-Supervise 16- and 17-year-old PCAs
-Conduct supervisory home visits with PCAs

The QP is responsible to oversee the delivery of and evaluate the effectiveness of PCA services including:
-The satisfaction level of the recipient/responsible party
-The month-to-month plan for use of PCA services
-The care plan
-The documentation of PCA services provided

Requirements:
-Complete required training within six months of hire
-Licensure: Minnesota's RN license
-Certification: Complete the Step for Success Certification
-Pass background check
-Valid Driver’s License

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour DOE
Expected hours: 20 hours per week

Benefits:
Flexible schedule
Mileage reimbursement
Paid sick time
