Abdi joined Crisis Services back in March and has since become a pillar within our team. Abdi is quick to offer assistance whether it’s to a teammate in need or an individual he is serving. And when it comes to coverage, you can often count on him to step up. Congratulations to our August Hero of The Month, Icelyn Snow!

Icelyn has been going above and beyond during the peak of our licensing process to not only ensure that our homes are beautiful and compliant, but also that the clients continue to receive exceptional care and attention during our busiest time. Icelyn helped plan and run an awesome 4th of July picnic party for all of our homes and has been so much help at Hickory and SLP 2 while they have been without a supervisor. During a team meeting at Hickory, a guardian mentioned that the difference between before Icelyn started and after has been night and day, primarily thanks to Icelyn's effort in ensuring that clients are involved in eating a healthy and balanced meals that they assist in cooking.
