Chef RDN, LLC Private 1-on-1 virtual nutrition counseling specializing in diabetes, food allergies/intolerances, MNT, and general weight concerns.

ChefRDN, LLC is owned/operated by Ranelle Kirchner, MS, RD, LDN who specializes in Telehealth (virtual) nutrition counseling in diabetes, medical nutrition therapy, food allergies/intolerances, and general weight concerns. She utilizes her skills and expertise from her professional work as a chef and dietitian, which allows her to teach and counsel on how eating can be fun, inexpensive, healthy, and rewarding. Virtual counseling services are restricted and allowed only in the follow states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, & New Jersey. Cooking demonstrations, nutrition education sessions and food tours is not restricted. Ranelle Kirchner is a practicing Registered Dietitian in the state of Minnesota. Prior to starting her own business as ChefRDN, LLC, Ranelle was the food service director of Thorek Memorial Hospital in Chicago. As the director, she also counseled patients on nutrition in an outpatient and inpatient setting. She worked at Rush University Medical Center in Patient Food Services as an Administrative Registered Dietitian and Supervisor. During employment at Rush she graduated from the Morrison Internship program and later a Masters of Science in Clinical Nutrition at Rush. Prior to earning a Bachelors of Science in dietetics at the University of Minnesota, she graduated with an Associates degree in Culinary Arts at Le Cordon Bleu.
