ShaamaahS is a project developed to perform a unique form of ambient music involving Tuvan Throat Singing, Chakra Mantra, Himalayan Singing Bowls, and Subtle Symphonic Soundscapes.

Sound Meditation is very prominent these days, and most of us are simply curious on how it can help us achieve focus and rediscover our inner awareness. If I were to point to a single phrase that encompasses the importance of sound in relation to the human psyche and personal well-being... As humans, we are walking energy, vibrating at multiple frequencies. This “Oscillating Prana” performance engages the subtle energy body and allows for a person to truly immerse themselves with the music, simply by being present with it. The goal of this Sound Meditation is to perform an ambient meditative sound experience that has the potential to relax, improve health, explore inwards and reach the true teacher and ultimate intelligence within all of us.

Qoya is a women's embodiment practice based on the idea that through movement, we remember. We remember that our essence is like nature - wise, wild, and free. Wise, Wild, and Free also describe the movement forms we explore in class. Led by
Wise: calling on the wisdom of yoga, meditation, ritual, and contemplation.
Wild: celebrating the creative and authentic expression in dance
Free: the freedom to feel pleasure in the body through feminine or sensual movement by finding and following what feels nourishing to you.
Qoya is also based on the idea that there is no way you can do it wrong. If it feels good to you, that's how you know you are doing it right. It’s a physical movement practice that allows us to shift to get out of our heads and back into our bodies, and we do this by tuning into the physical sensations and the feeling in the body.

What is craniosacral therapy? Craniosacral therapy works on fascia, which is a thin, flexible membrane that surrounds muscles, bone, and organs. CST releases tight and twisted fascia fibers to create freedom in the body, improves function, and supports the cerebral spinal fluid (CSF) system to benefit overall physical and mental well-being. The cerebrospinal fluid system delivers nutrients and removes waste from the brain and central nervous system, stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system (relaxation response), and provides a protective, supportive environment for the brain and spinal cord. With CST, we use directed energy and gentle unwinding of fascia and joints to help them be more resilient and functional.

Have you heard of A 3rd Space for Men??Created by Dan, A 3rd Space for Men to support men in the enrichment of body, mind and soul through movement, story and discussion. Each of the 6 sessions comes with a gentle yoga practice (no experience necessary), check in, and a story or fable told to evoke deep thoughts and a good discussion. There will be additional support materials sent between sessions.(no experience needed), meaningful conversation, and thought-provoking stories. Participants also receive supportive materials between sessions to continue the journey.

Join AlexZandra Kerlin for a Qoya series takes us on a somatic journey from our heads down into our hearts, as we practice what it feels like to surrender, to soften into presence, and embrace who we are becoming. Each class has a theme mixed with rituals, nervous system support, community sharing, and a guided journey back into the body with epic music. We have so much fun moving, sweating, stretching, and sharing in the joy of community with other women.
