I was skeptical of group hypnosis when I tried it for the first time in 2024. I had already had about 5 'official' past life regression experiences. However, I was BLOWN AWAY on what came through for me! 🤯

Neptune's Final Stop in Pisces

On December 9th, 2025, Neptune ended its retrograde motion and stationed at 29° Pisces, which is the very last degree of the zodiac.

Neptune's last visit to this degree in Pisces was in the year 1862. Neptune's next visit to 29° Pisces won't happen until the year 2189! Neptune's orbit around the Sun takes approximately 164 years. This is also how long this planet will take to travel around a birth chart.

In the year 1862, slavery ended in the United States! As a reminder, in order to predict future themes, astrologers will go back and look into the past. We look at what took place on Earth when the planets made certain moves in our history.

Neptune's more negative symbolism is linked to delusion, illusion, confusion and deception. Hopefully everyone reading this can agree that it's absolutely delusional to think that a human being with a different skin color is 'less than' any other human being. The year 1862 marked a major ending for the country I reside in, but it also brought about a huge new beginning!

I have been watching the collective wondering if more and more people will start to question the reality that we live in, especially what is broadcast on major news networks. I haven't watched the news in years, but I'll take a peek here and there to see what I am supposed to be afraid of and who I'm supposed to hate on a given day. It seems like each week, there is something different being broadcast that I'm supposed to be raging mad about! Instead, I choose to practice gratitude (even when difficult) and focus on what is right in front of me. I listen most closely to those in my life who walk and talk with integrity. I also get a lot of news from speaking with my clients!

The next few months on Earth should get very interesting. From my view, the veil is definitely thinning. This has a double meaning for me. The 'veil' to the other side is lifting, or perhaps evolving with our consciousness expansion. I'm getting more verbal reports of magic & mysticism, signs & synchronicities and visits from loved ones on the other side. More people do seem to be questioning the mainstream news, our history, systems of control and pondering if we may have been lied to by our (formerly) trusted authority figures. Each one of us is our own authority.

Saturn, the planet which is notorious for breaking apart illusions, is currently catching up with Neptune in the last degrees of Pisces. Saturn will get to 29° Pisces on February 4th, 2026, which is the same day Uranus ends its current retrograde cycle.

How can we work with the current cosmic energy as a collective to manifest the absolute highest timeline for all of us?

Below are a few suggestions which you are free to take or leave depending on how they resonate with you:

1. Make a list of what you are still afraid of. How many daily decisions are you making out of these fears? Are you holding yourself back due to 'old' fear programming? Are these fears actually yours, or were they taught to you?

2. Make a list of people you 'hate.' News flash....that's YOU that is generating the feeling of hate. You can project that onto a President, a politician, a neighbor, or a family member, but you are the one generating that feeling. No one can make you hate anything or anyone except yourself. Consider the possibility that this person, or group of people, are reflecting back to you where you lack self-love.

3. Stay grounded, emotionally regulated and hydrated. You may consider extra alone time or time in isolation. Are you pumped up for your holiday celebrations, or are you attending out of duty, obligation or a feeling like you 'should?' Find stillness and presence to tap into what feels authentic to you. Try and recognize when you 'go unconscious' or disassociate.

4. Make friends with your dark side. This one can be tough, but everyone reading this has the capacity for good, but also for evil. Have you stopped and asked what your intrusive thoughts want with you? Have you stopped and asked what your anxiety and/or depression is trying to tell you? Are you taming your dragons so that they work beside you and not against you?

5. Take time to feel your emotions. Since childhood, most of us have been taught to not show our emotions. The dam is bursting collectively! Not only have I witnessed extra displays of anger, but also of sadness! Hold space for another if you have the capacity, but allow yourself grace as emotional releases may be necessary. Your body remembers that bully from your younger years, even if your mind has moved on. Release the emotional charge in a safe and loving environment when possible. Do your best to not outsource your emotional stability with expectations of another person behaving a certain way or a certain thing happening.

I'll be writing more about this BIG cosmic month as we get closer, but JUST a heads up on what is to come....all good stuff in my Universe!
