Join Art of Counseling and Midwest Breathwork for a three-day immersive retreat centered on Holotropic Breathwork, a powerful experiential practice that uses breath, music, and focused body awareness to support deep inner exploration and healing.

Participants will have the opportunity to experience two full Holotropic Breathwork sessions, alongside preparation, integration, and supportive group process. This retreat is designed to help access inner wisdom, release stored emotional material, and gain new perspective through non-ordinary states of consciousness, all within a carefully held and trauma-informed container.
