Enjoy the fair in Kandiyohi’

Mark your calendars, pack your sunscreen, and get ready for some meaningful fun. The Minnesota Council on Disability (MCD) is heading back to the Kandiyohi County Fair! From August 6–9, you’ll find us in the Hall of Industry at Heritage Square—and we hope you’ll stop by.

Whether you’re a longtime advocate, a curious community member, or just wandering the fair with a corn dog in hand, we’ve got something for you.

Dates & hours: Wednesday, August 6 to Saturday, August 9, 2025, 9 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Spokes Fighting Strokes is a 501(C) non-profit organization that provides adaptive recumbent cycling clinics for those with MS, Parkinson’s, Stroke, Traumatic Brain Injury or any balance related issues.

Adaptive cycling clinics are a great way to try adaptive cycling and meet the founder, Dan Zimmerman and others who have participated in and are proponents of adaptive cycling.

Spokes Fighting Strokes depends heavily on volunteers to make these clinics possible. There is no cost to participate in the clinics. Spokes Fighting Strokes does not sell recumbent cycles, trikes, etc.

Registration is required to ensure a spot in the clinics.
