Celebrating Feast of Goddess Bridget!

I was getting ready to teach my first community chakra class through the Minneapolis public schools for adults + it was the first time I had a set out to do a class With people who really didn't know much about chakras or energy work.

It's always a little bit of a jaunt in the beginning. Separating energy work from magic and understanding the body. + Our natural ability to heal thinking in terms of energy versus the beautiful representations of art that is magic or mixing it up with a religious practice or a religion.

After we untangle that we can get to the body!

Which at the time I was a new healer and that seemed like trying to bridge an eternity. Sometimes for people who had never heard of it. I definitely was feeling anxiety and butterflies in my stomach. I had a huge group of people coming !!

Goddess Bridget came in with so much love and taught me a new practice. I began spinning counterclockwise and clockwise to release anxiety and fear around sharing the knowledge and wisdom that I've learned.

The goal in my heart was empowerment and when I called in this goddess I called them in for their unapologetic feminine power. So channeling is not for just a high priestess or priest or someone who meditates everyday channeling is you calling on your ancestors when you're having a hard time.
Channeling is asking for your angels, your Spirit guides, or your inner strength to rise out of yourself. In that case, you're channeling your own inner power.

We live in such a beautiful multidimensional reality. Becoming physical becoming human from the very pure energy that we naturally couldn't help but have come from. We are all pure energy coming into a physical body and physical form, living our lives, taking care of ourselves, connecting to our inner power.
