OUT OF THE SPA: August 11-18th

I will be out of the spa for the week taking a mini vacation and attending a continuing education event for massage. I’m looking forward to some much needed rest and then learning new techniques to further help you all with chronic migraines, TMJ, and head and neck tension through advance craniosacral certification.

Hi! There are a lot of new faces so I thought l'd take some time to introduce myself.

I'm Erin, founder and practitioner behind Northern Aura Wellness. I believe rest, relaxation, and self-care are essential to everyone's wellness journey.

As an internationally licensed Advanced Practice Esthetician and Massage Therapist, my goal is to help you look and feel your best while living your ideal life. After obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry, I began a 14 year career in corporate healthcare. There was one problem... I couldn't see people as consumers. I saw each individual as someone who needed care and I wanted to do more to help -to do something hands-on, concrete, customized. I was eventually compelled to create and open Northern Aura Wellness- an intuitive, holistic wellness spa.

NAW is focused on the whole person. My aim is to help you radiate health and beauty derived from a rested, refreshed soul.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy Review

As my client, you’re extremely important to me. Without you I wouldn’t have a successful business. The new year is always a good time to take a moment to review important items. So let’s take some time to review my 48 hour cancellation policy as it’s been some time since we’ve done so.

Appointments need to be cancelled or rescheduled from time to time. Maybe you have sick kids, there’s inclement weather, you have work commitments or family and friends in town; whatever it is, life happens and I get it!

However, in order to keep my small business afloat, I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Here are the important details of this policy:

⭐️ If you can’t make it, need to reschedule or you’re sick, please let me know prior to 48 hours. My appointment blocks are long given my services and I spend an hour preparing for each appointment with you to ensure you receive the best care and customized experience each and every time. Additionally, it requires 48 hours notice to reschedule and prepare for another client in the same way.

⭐️ Cancellations and rescheduled appointments that occur with less than 48 hours notice will incur a charge of 100% the cost of the service. A credit card on file will be charged or an emailed invoice will be sent.

⭐️Missing an appointment without communication or chronically canceling will be subject to ALL future appointments being cancelled.

🙌🏻 This policy protects my small business and my livelihood. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. I look forward to working with you in 2024 and beyond!

ONLINE SCHEDULING 2024!

Every now and then we need to reflect on the ways we do things. ✨ I’ve been challenged with managing my schedule over the last two years as a sole proprietor small business owner as my business has grown. I want to be able to give clients flexibility and priority while being able to accommodate new and existing clients that are able to come only so often.

Starting in 2024 I will be opening my online scheduling platform in 3 month increments as outlined. I will continue to schedule in the spa at the time of appointment for clients who would like priority with scheduling and see me on a routine basis. Any changes that need to be made to your existing appointments after they are scheduled, please do so through your appointment confirmation link given the open online availability at the time of rescheduling.
